Status Government existing Websites as on 15/2/2010_107" value="" /> and grading them as per information available to facilitate anticorruption drive. 5 marks awarded if the site just mentions RTI Act!

Even the Government of Karnataka is fully confused and has treated even corporations and colleges as Government Departments in its official website. Most of the major Departments are not listed in GOK official website

pragati KARNATAKA has started creating websites for all major departments particularly from the point of tackling rampant corruption in these departments.Website prepared for Health Department gives an idea of how pragati KARNATAKA addresses the issue of fighting corruption.Secretaries of the Major Departments have been asked to either modify their websites incorporating what is given for Health Department. If this is not possible to give information to pragati KARNATAKA and give link to it from their sites. Otherwise pragati KARNATAKA site for that Department would be used to measure, report and initiate action against the Secretary of the Department for not tackling corruption.
